Last nights show was 'Dracula'.... I had no idea what this show was about. I assumed with a title like this it was going to be on the bad side. WRONG! This show was first class. The sets were amazing. Things popping up through the stage floor, actors flying through the air. Dracula changed from a white haired old man to a young black haired man in a split second. I was distracted by someone flying and didn't see how it actually happened. This show is quietly making its previews and I'm sure it will be a huge hit once people start talking about it.
After the show I went up to 103rd street to Russell's place. Its a tiny 2 bedroom just below Harlem. My studio is bigger than their apt. and cost the same amount.
We cut across central park and had dinner at an Indian restaurant. Can't go wrong with a $10 buffet. I met 3 of his friends all flight attendants for American Air. After dinner we went to the same bar we went to last week, Candle Bar. They have karaoke and a few people sang really well.
I was supposed to have met Brian and Derin later that night, but flaked again hahaha.... They kept calling but I didn't answer. I got too drunk. I passed out as soon as I got back here. They leave today so I won't hear from them in a while.
